What are the dates of the 2023 event?

Monday January 9 – Wednesday January 11, 2023

Public Company presentations will take on Monday and Tuesday, followed by Private Company presentations on Wednesday.

Is the 2022 Conference still scheduled to be an in person event?

No. Due the quicker than anticipated spread of the Omicron/Delta variants, increased flight cancellations, labor shortages, and the limited availability of PCR tests, the ICR Conference 2022 was held virtually. We held out as long as possible, but the confluence of these factors was the key to this difficult decision. We look forward to bringing everyone back together January 9 – 11, 2023.

What is available in the Virtual Event Format?

All presentations and panels from the live event will be available on-demand for 90 days (until April 12, 2022).

How do I access the virtual platform?

If you registered for the event, you can access the platform as you did during the live event by clicking here.

If you did not register for the live event and are interested in viewing the on demand replays, you can register here for a reduced rate

What if I have a meeting scheduled?

Hosting: If you are scheduled to host 1×1’s or small group meetings, the meeting invitation will need to transition to a virtual platform of your choice. Please communicate these links with your meeting attendees as soon as possible.
Attending: If you are scheduled to attend 1×1’s or small group meetings, please look for an invitation from the meeting host with a virtual link.

Will I receive a reduction in my in-person registration cost because the event moved to virtual?

Yes, ICR will provide a 25% refund of our registration fee to the card on file. This should be completed by January 15, 2022. If you have questions please contact info@icrconference.com.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

If your hotel room was booked within the ICR Room Block, your room was automatically cancelled without penalty

Travel Reimbursement

ICR will not reimburse travel costs. Please work with your airlines and travel partners directly.

What is the Virtual Presenter Experience?

The presentation schedule will remain the same. If you were hosting breakouts, they will be reduced from (2) to (1) 50-minute session with chat based Q&A.

You will be able to present in the original format selected – presentation or fireside chat. As a presenter, you and your fireside chat host will receive a zoom link to join at a designated time, 30 mins prior to your presentation. You will be able to share slides and video as needed and work with a tech to ensure a successful presentation.

You will receive communication regarding timing and logistics in the coming days.

Virtual Platform Access: There is no need to re-register for the virtual platform; any of your colleagues that are registered will receive instructions to access the virtual portal on Thursday January 6th.

Meetings: Any scheduled meetings hosted by a sponsoring bank, investor, or ICR client manager will need to transition to a virtual meeting platform of their choice. Please look out for communications directly from the meeting host.

Webcasting

Shipping
If your firm shipped materials to Orlando, packages will be shipped back to the address they are sent from. Please contact JW Marriott FedEx Office Business Center at 407.226.0305 with questions.

How do I register for the event?

The ICR Conference is an invitation-only event. Invitations will be sent October 3, 2022. If you would like to request an invitation in advance, please email info@icrconference.com or visit icrconference.com on October 3, 2022. Your request will be evaluated and you will be informed within one week.

When will registration close?

Registration will remain open for the duration of the event.
