What are the dates of the event?
Monday January 12 – Wednesday January 14, 2026

Private Day Presentations: Wednesday January 14, 2026
We recommend arriving on Sunday night as the conference begins at 8am on Monday, January 12.
Where is the event held?
The Grande Lakes Orlando, home to the JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton resorts.
When does registration open?
Registration will open October 2, 2025
How do I register for the event?
The ICR Conference is an invitation-only event. If you did not receive an invitation to register, and would like to request an invitation please click on the Registration link on the homepage. Your profile will be reviewed by a member of our conference team and you will be notified within 1-2 weeks once registration opens.
When will registration close?
Registration will close Sunday January 11, 2026.

How do I receive a refund if I need to cancel my registration?
Cancellations will be accepted, minus a $50.00 processing fee up until Friday, December 5, 2025. No refunds will be granted after this date.
When is the schedule going to be posted? Who are the confirmed presenting companies?
The list of presenting companies will be announced in November 2025 under the COMPANIES tab on icrconference.com. The schedule will be posted on the website in December 2025. *Please note schedule is subject to change.
